In February 2013, these efforts culminated in the rebranding of the organization as STT Enviro Corp., further aligning its business units and consolidating previously integrated companies under a single identity.
Capabilities and Global Reach
Following its formation, STT Enviro Corp. operated as a publicly traded company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) in Canada and was headquartered in Milton, Ontario.
The company operated through two primary divisions:
- Systems & Solutions – Focused on bulk chemical storage and handling systems, slaking systems, and related solutions for environmental and industrial applications
- Tanks & Industrial – Specialized in custom bolted tanks, silos, and trans-load systems serving industries such as mining, oil and gas, power, chemical manufacturing, and more
Through these capabilities, STT Enviro Corp. provided engineering design, commissioning, and lifecycle support for customers around the world.
Integration into Carmeuse Systems
In June 2017, STT Enviro Corp. was acquired by Carmeuse, a global leader in lime and limestone solutions, as a wholly owned subsidiary.
Following the acquisition, the business was initially branded as Storage & Transfer Technologies (STT). In 2024, it was fully integrated and rebranded as Carmeuse Systems, unifying decades of engineering expertise and operational knowledge under one name.
Today, all STT Enviro Corp. capabilities, systems, and services are delivered exclusively through Carmeuse Systems.
