Soda Ash Feed System
A soda ash feed system is designed to accurately and efficiently deliver soda ash (sodium carbonate) into water treatment and other processes. This system is essential for industries such as municipal water treatment, wastewater treatment, and various manufacturing processes where pH control and water softening are critical. Carmeuse Systems simplifies the use of soda ash by offering a pre-engineered soda ash feed system for your specific application. We assemble, install, and integrate all components and equipment before shipment, providing a comprehensive solution for receiving, storing, and feeding soda ash to the point of application.
Our standard soda ash feed system comes in a three-piece modular design with different options to suit your exact needs. This design includes all the necessary components for a quick and efficient setup and is designed to handle the rigors of your application while reducing construction time and shipping costs. We integrate all components/equipment through an automated control panel at our facility prior to shipment. The pre-insulated modular box is shipped upright on a skid and fits on a conventional truck.
The system is comprised of a storage silo for the soda ash, a feeding mechanism, and a control system for efficient mixing.
