Slurry Storage Tank
The portable slurry storage tank from Carmeuse Systems is a versatile and efficient addition for storing slurry on site. The horizontal, carbon steel storage tank is designed to receive lime slurry (or other suspensions) from a tanker truck or directly from a detention slaker. Each slurry storage tank features remote monitoring capabilities for managing inventory and flow rate. Additionally, the slurry storage tanks are equipped with triple impeller agitators to keep the solids in suspension and minimize any settling.
Unlike other slurry storage systems, the design of our above ground slurry storage tanks allows for easy transfer between job locations. The portability of our slurry storage tanks makes them an ideal choice for use across various industries, including mining and mineral processing, lithium extraction, water treatment, precipitated calcium carbonate production, oil sands production, construction, and chemical processing. The slurry storage tanks are a cost-effective and convenient option to meet temporary slurry storage needs during repairs and upgrades or for expanding overall slurry storage capacity at your site.
